Stavromenos is a pretty vilage on the road from Piskokefalo to Sitanos. The area is very green with lots of fruit trees and the views over Sitia Bay are stunning.Adjacent to Stavromenos is the hamlet of Arniko, often considered to be part of the same village.
Many houses in the village are recently renovated and the area is likely to increase in value in the future.
The village has a taverna and a small mini-market.
