George was born and brought up in East Crete but has also lived in Switzerland (his lovely wife is Swiss) so he speaks fluent French as well as English. George and his family returned to his native Crete in 1986. He established this Real Estate Agency to expand his existing businesses. They are well known, well liked and well respected and therefore they are trusted both in the town and all the surrounding villages where George has many of his properties.
George and his English team Andy and Heather work hard to provide a friendly, efficient and flexible service. Whilst property purchases in Crete can appear to be difficult to non-Greeks; they make a point of explaining everything in detail before each stage of the purchase.
All the properties that are on the website have been carefully chosen and researched by George in order to facilitate an easy purchase. The price quoted on the website always includes the agency’s commission.
