Well- we arrived in Sitia on a sunny Monday morning- 2 weary, cynical, streetwise South East Londoners. We had an appointment to meet George and Andy to discuss our moving to Crete. We had done lots of research on the internet and came across the Property on Crete website which was very well set out and had come up with 5 properties that we liked the look of.
We sat in George’s office and people kept wandering in….Greek people, English people- all seeming to be passing the time of day with nothing urgent to discuss like ours of totally changing our lives! We sat there thinking- Excuse me! We have business to discuss! And then we realised that we were still in the London mind style and needed to change.
